At Texas Imaging & Labs, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We strive to provide you with exceptional service, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Before Testing

Customers can cancel their booking at any time before the commencement of the lab tests and sample collection procedures. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. This applies only if the booking was made directly through our official website.

Partial Testing

If partial tests have already been conducted from the booking, a refund will be issued for the remaining tests, not the full amount.

Home Visit Packages

For health packages involving home visits by technicians, cancellations must occur before the technician visit. Cancellations after the visit will incur a visit charge of Rs 500.

Third-Party Refunds

In case a test is outsourced to our lab partner, their refund policies shall be applicable.

Request Refund

We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may not be entirely satisfied with the tests or reports. In such cases, you have a 3-day window from the test/report date to request a refund.

Review Process

Our dedicated customer support team understands the importance of your concerns and will thoroughly review your complaint. We may offer you one of the following options:

  • A 100% refund,

  • A re-test with a new sample, or

  • A second opinion report.

However, if our investigation finds no issue with the tests or reports, we may opt not to issue a refund.

Payment Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process. The refund process will be completed within seven business days. Please be aware that the cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under exceptional circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, or bank delays), and the organization cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.

Non-Entitlement of Refunds:

Small Variation in Test Results

Minor discrepancies in test values between different labs may occur due to variations in machines, technicians, day, time duration between tests, and other variables.

Variation in Ultrasound Reports

Variations in values, especially in reports concerning gall or renal stones, may arise due to differences in machines, operators, and patient conditions (fasting vs. non-fasting).

Refund Request Validity

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the test conducted. Requests made after this period will not be considered for a refund.
