Understand First
Understand the actual problem and workflow before beginning to code.
Join Texas Imaging & Labs and build practical digital systems supporting diagnostics, patient services, healthcare automation and business operations.
Texas Imaging & Labs is looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern in Pune for a four-month paid internship focused on learning through real production work.
This internship is suited to someone who enjoys building useful software, integrating different systems and solving practical operational problems.
You will work on web applications, internal tools, APIs, databases, automation workflows and integrations connecting different parts of our diagnostic healthcare operation.
This is a paid, full-time onsite internship for someone who wants to move beyond tutorials and work with software used in real healthcare operations.
Fixed stipend throughout the four-month internship.
Enough time to understand our systems, contribute useful code and see your work operate in production.
Work closely with our technology, management and operational teams.
No specific degree or prior professional software experience is required. College projects, personal applications, GitHub work and other practical projects can demonstrate your ability.
We value strong fundamentals, curiosity and practical problem-solving more than someone who simply knows every technology on a checklist.
Work across frontend development, backend logic, databases, APIs and automation rather than being restricted to one small part of the technology stack.
You may build a patient-facing interface, connect two systems through an API, automate a repetitive workflow or troubleshoot a production issue — often within the same project.
This isn't a role where you work on one isolated feature without seeing what happens next.
You'll have opportunities to understand a real workflow, identify where technology can improve it, build the solution, test it and see how it performs in production.
That may involve a patient-facing web page one day, a database integration the next, and an API or automation workflow after that.
You'll work across frontend development, backend systems, databases, APIs, integrations and production workflows.
Good engineering starts with understanding the problem, improving carefully and building solutions that remain dependable in production.
Understand the actual problem and workflow before beginning to code.
Extend existing production systems safely instead of rebuilding everything unnecessarily.
Think about security, maintainability, testing and the effect of changes on live workflows.
Take responsibility from understanding the requirement through implementation and testing.
Learn unfamiliar technologies when solving a problem requires them.
Prefer simple and dependable solutions over unnecessary technical complexity.
Our technology increasingly connects patient communication, appointments, diagnostics, imaging, reporting, payments, automation and everyday operational workflows.
Build applications that solve genuine problems encountered in diagnostic healthcare operations.
Work across interfaces, backend logic, databases, integrations and deployment.
Help shape an expanding technology ecosystem as Texas Imaging & Labs continues to grow.
This role offers exposure to considerably more than conventional website development.
As our systems evolve, you may work around patient communication, diagnostic imaging, automation, payments, operational dashboards, APIs and internal healthcare workflows.
We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things work and improving them one practical step at a time.
Work on applications used in genuine day-to-day healthcare operations.
Frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure and automation.
Build technology that directly supports healthcare operations and patient services.
Identify repetitive workflows and help automate them.
Grow alongside an expanding organisation and technology platform.
Compensation based on experience, practical skills and demonstrated capabilities.
Build production software that connects real healthcare workflows — appointments, diagnostics, imaging, communication, payments and automation.
If you enjoy understanding real problems, improving live systems and taking ownership from idea to deployment, we'd like to hear from you.
