Full-Time · Onsite · PuneTexas Imaging & Labs is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer in Pune to join our growing technology ecosystem.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys building useful software, integrating different systems and solving practical operational problems.
You will work on web applications, internal tools, APIs, databases, automation workflows and integrations connecting different parts of our diagnostic healthcare operation.
This is an onsite position in Pune.
You will work closely with management and operational teams, understand real-world requirements and translate them into reliable production software.

Build Systems Around Real Healthcare Workflows
This isn't a role where you work on one isolated feature without seeing what happens next.
You'll have opportunities to understand a real workflow, identify where technology can improve it, build the solution, test it and see how it performs in production.
That may involve a patient-facing web page one day, a database integration the next, and an API or automation workflow after that.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
You'll work across frontend development, backend systems, databases, APIs, integrations and production workflows.
- Develop and improve responsive web applications and internal business tools.
- Build frontend interfaces and secure backend functionality.
- Develop and maintain PHP applications, APIs and services.
- Work extensively with MySQL databases and SQL queries.
- Build and consume REST APIs and webhooks.
- Develop responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain Joomla components, plugins, modules and integrations.
- Connect healthcare, communication, payment and operational systems.
- Investigate application, database, API and server issues.
- Write secure, maintainable and production-ready code.
- Test changes carefully before deployment.
- Translate operational requirements into working software.
Who We're Looking For
Requirements
- Practical web-development experience using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and relational databases.
- Good understanding of both frontend and backend development.
- Strong working knowledge of MySQL and SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks or third-party integrations.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase and modify it safely.
- Familiarity with Git or another version-control system.
- Strong debugging and practical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Pune.

- Joomla development experience, particularly modern Joomla versions.
- Experience working with Linux-based web servers.
- Understanding of secure application and API development.
- WhatsApp, messaging or communication API integration experience.
- Payment gateway integration experience.
