Job Description
We are looking for a creative Social Media Intern to support daily content creation and community engagement for Texas Imaging & Labs in Kharadi / Chandan Nagar, Pune.
This is a hands-on role ideal for students or freshers passionate about healthcare marketing, reels, and digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create daily posts/reels/stories for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn aligned to brand guidelines.
- Schedule content via tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) and track basic metrics (reach, saves, clicks).
- Engage with the community: reply to comments/DMs, shortlist FAQs for the team, and escalate leads.
- Assist with short video shoots (phone-based), basic editing (CapCut/Canva), and captions/hashtags.
- Coordinate with designers/radiology team to source inputs, case highlights, offers, and patient education tips.
- Monitor trends, local medical/health topics, and competitor handles; suggest weekly content ideas.
- Support monthly reporting: top posts, learnings, and next-month plan.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing/Media/Communications or similar.
- Strong grasp of Instagram/LinkedIn basics, reels trends, and social etiquette.
- Hands-on with Canva and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut).
- Good written English/Hinglish; comfort in Marathi/Hindi is a plus.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working from our Pune centers when needed.
- Own smartphone; laptop preferred. Weekend/event availability on rotation.
